- Garments/goods Reception.
At Pinnas and Needles (Sardvs Bespoke Ltd.), all incoming garments and goods are carefully inspected upon receipt, and customers are promptly notified to confirm their safe arrival.
Please note that Pinnas and Needles (Sardvs Bespoke Ltd.) assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to garments or goods during transit to our premises.
In the event of such an issue, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier or delivery provider directly for guidance on filing a claim or resolving the matter.
- Garments/goods Return.
At Pinnas and Needles (Sardvs Bespoke Ltd.), we strive to ensure the prompt and secure return of repaired or altered goods to our customers. Please review the following terms and conditions for the delivery and return process:
- Once your repair or alteration is complete, we will notify you via email so you can arrange for the return of your items to your preferred address at a convenient time.
- Repaired or altered goods will be dispatched using our trusted third-party courier, Royal Mail.
- Responsibility During Transit:
- While we take care to package goods securely to minimise the risk of damage, Pinnas and Needles (Sardvs Bespoke Ltd.) is not liable for any loss, damage or theft once the parcel is handed over to the courier service.
- Customers are encouraged to arrange their own insurance coverage for the shipment to protect against any theft, loss or damage.
3. Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be provided for your shipment, allowing you to monitor its progress.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and ensure its safe receipt.
4. Claims for Theft, Loss or Damage
- In the event of theft, loss or damage during transit, customers can file claims directly with the courier service:

- We will provide supporting documentation, such as our invoice for the work done, proof of shipment or courier details, to assist you in the claims process.
- We advise you to insure your garment to the purchased value plus the alteration/ repair cost so in case of loss, theft or damage, you can claim it in full
- Also, have at hand any original purchase receipts or on-line purchase emails that can be used in the event of claims for Theft, Loss or Damage.
5. Acceptance of Risk
- By opting for delivery via our service, you acknowledge and agree that Pinnas and Needles (Sardvs Bespoke Ltd.) is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your items during transit.
6. Customer Pickup Option
- If you prefer to avoid the remote risks associated with delivery, you may collect your repaired or altered goods directly from our premises. Please contact us in advance or book a collection slot to arrange a pickup appointment.
7. Assistance and Support
- While liability lies with the courier during transit, we will work closely with them to resolve any issues and ensure the best outcome for our customers.
